Study on plastic behaviour of steel-concrete continuous composite beams
A simplified plasticity theory was presented. For two-span and three-span steel-concrete continuous composite beams. Formulas were put forward for calculating ultimate resisting moment on negative moment region and limit load of beams. The amplitude modulation coefficient was obtained. The difference between the experimental and computation of the results of the ultimate resisting moment, the load and the amplitude modulation coefficient is whin 7%, 10% and 20% respectively. (VDEh)
