Die Deutsche Bahn realisiert als Bestandteil der europäischen Magistrale Paris-Strasbourg-München-Wien-Budapest das Bahnprojekt Stuttgart-Ulm mit vollständiger Umordnung des Bahnknotens Stuttgart und Neubau der Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrecke nach Ulm. Die Neubaustrecke quert die Schwäbische Alb und bindet über den Albabstieg im Bahnhof Ulm Hbf in das bestehende Streckennetz ein. Der vorliegende Bericht beschreibt den geplanten Endzustand und die Bauphase von Albabstieg und Umbau Bahnhof Ulm.
German Railways are realising their railway project Stuttgart- Ulm as a part of European Main Line Paris-Strasbourg-Munich- Vienna-Budapest including a complete re-organisation of the railway infrastructure at Stuttgart and the new construction of highspeed line to Ulm. The new high speed line is crossing the Swaibian Alb and is connected to the existing railway network at Ulm central station. The following report describes the final design as well as the construction level of "Albabstieg" descent as well as the works at Ulm station.
