Multibody dynamics analyses of combined link system of wheel loader, and the control circuit of hydraulic pump
A method to solve the dynamic response of combined wheel loader and hydraulic piston pump (HPP) with flow control circuit has been studied. The powering characteristics to plural outlets for both link-arm and backet-hand are clarified. A general multi-body dynamics modeling of a link system in wheel loader has been done using the Lagrange method at first. The analysis of flow in the pipeline circuit of HPP, which consist of regulator circuit, several kind of valves, orifices, piping branches, etc., has been carried out at the same time. A computer simulation system is developed for solving the combined system stated above. Numerical analysis are performed in order to study the characteristics of the flow control circuit and the link system. The results are partly compared with those of the experimental measurement, and the satisfactory concordance between them are obtained.
