Entwicklung von Verfahren zur Beurteilung des Tragverhaltens von mehrschichtigen Außenwandelementen aus Betonen unterschiedlicher baustofflicher Kennwerte
In the treatise testing and calculating procedures for the assessment of construction material parameters and for the static-structural assessment of existing buildings with outer wall elements of no-fines lighteight concrete with close-textured concrete facing are developed and assessed. First of all, construction material parameters of these outer wall elements diagnosed at 110 buildings on the basis of developed testing procedures are categorised into the DIN regulations and spectrums or correlations are demonstrated. Via the results of the assessment of the construction material parameters calculating methods, with which the actual load bearing performance of multi-layered outer wall elements can be determined, are developed. On the basis of theoretical and experimental investigations these calculating methods are assessed and compared to the standardised procedures for single-layered cross-sections, which used to be the basis for the original planning of the buildings. Furthermore, measures for increasing the stability of these buildings are discussed and the influence of cement paste injections on the construction material parameters and the static-structural parameters are described. Moreover, the construction material requirements of the applicability to cement paste injection in no-fines concrete are outlined.
