IMPROVING WORKMANSHIP AND REDUCING COSTS
In feudal times the “employee” worked in order to stay alive. Now that the worker's lot has improved and he has time to think about matters other than simply keeping alive, the employee must be motivated to do his best. The best way to achieve this aim is to remind the employee continuously that management knows he is there doing a good job.
