Colorado Utility Installs Aquionics UV Systems
To help it accommodate growth and meet new regulatory requirements, the city of Thornton, Colorado, has installed ultraviolet (UV) water treatment systems from Aquionics, a provider of UV technology for nonchemical disinfection and microbial control. The closed‐chamber, medium‐pressure disinfection systems installed by Thornton will allow the city to meet increased demands for water treatment capacity and tightening water quality regulations.
