Proposed Method for Examination of Water for Free‐Living Nematodes
This paper discusses the development of a method of examining sizable quantities of water for free‐living nematodes, including collection of water samples, concentration of samples, direct microscopic examination of concentrates, and general identification of nematodes. Laboratory apparatus is discussed, along with collection of water samples, concentration of samples, direct microscopic examination, and general identification.
