Georgeson, manager of the water system of the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power; and Donald L. Schlenger, director of development and research at the Hackensack Water Company, Hackensack, N.J., and vice‐president for corporate development of United Water Resources, the corporate parent of the Hackensack Water Company. William H. Miller, manager of the Denver Water Department, was moderator.
