Dirmeikių kadastro vietovės dalies konsolidacijos projekto teritorijoje dalyvaujančių žemės sklypų vertės nustatymas ; Valuation of consolidation project of Dirmeikiai cadastral area land parcels
Research object – private and public lands which are involved in consolidation project. Research aim – identify and assess of Dirmeikiai cadastral area consolidation impact of the project involved in land values. Objectives: • to investigate the process project of consolidation in Lithuanian territory. • Identify and describe involved of land values in the project of consolidation. • Compared to land project of consolidation and project of consolidation designed land values. Research methods – comparative and comparison methods were used for evaluation. Research results: • The first part of this work was to examine the "Vį Registrų Centras" capture data about the last 36 months occurred in land purchase - sale transactions. • The second part of the work was carried out in land values setting. • The third part was the table with the land values in comparison . • The main conclusion or theoretical and practical significance, it was determined that values of consolidation of land involved in the project differ from the project designed values, because that was affected by the fact that the Real Estate Cadastre map area assigned to the project land boundaries often did not coincide with an indication of their formation during the plan and the Real Property Register, and Cadastre preliminary registered measurements indicate that the form of land territory does not coincide with the actual use of land territory.
