Kaišiadorių rajono Kalniškių kaimo dalies žemės konsolidacijos projektas ; Land consolidation project of Kaišiadorys district Kalniškės part of the village
The aim of this is to prepare the land consolidation project of Kaišiadorys district Kalniškės part of the village. The project involved 10 owners of 57 land parcels consolidated 122,56ha occupied territory. The main tasks are: 1. Perform Kaišiadorys district farmers' poll 2. Analyze the need for consolidation in rural Kalniškių part of the village 3. Develop a land value map 4. Prepare the land consolidation project. It was carried out a survey, which was attended by 50 farmers from the district of Kaišiadorys. The analysis of the data showed that all farmers lack information about land consolidation, while 58% have participated in a seminar on this topic. As a major consolidation tasks stated: to reduce the distances between parcels of land plots were enlarged and made geodetic measurements. The biggest deficiency identified - the duration of the project. 82% of farmers willing to participate in the consolidation of the project, 18% remained undecided. The planned size of the territory dominated by irrational land plots, which occupy 81% of them 37% are less than 1 hectares land, 44% occupied sites from 1 to 3 hectares. Also, not all land has access, for those reasons, the project was developed in the consolidation, which is necessary to create a map of values. Creating a map of the values were assessed performance score, soil, special land use conditions, land reclamation equipment. Before consolidation project average plot size was 2,15 hectares, after – 12,27 hectares.
