The purpose of this final work is to demonstrate gained knowledge and prepare countryside development land management project. The land-plot is located at Kaišiadorys district, Kaišiadorys eldership, Pakertai village. The size of land-plots which is intended for agricultural land is 1.5800 ha. The main aim of rural development projects planning is complex composition of the agriculture land changes, forestry and other purpose land. The main tasks of this work are: 1. to examine the issue in Lithuania and district rural appearance, rational land use and farming; 2. describe the rural development projects process, according to land management information system 3. to analyze the state of selected land plot; According to Internet access and the information of rural business center has been analyzed relevant data. Mow much farms are in Lithuania, exactly in Kaunas and Kaišiadorys districts. Analyzed relevant topics such as rational usage of land, farming, rural development and rural development planning work projects. Also there been done analysis of land-usage planning documents information system, from wick we can lean how to add project to the database.
