The analysis of the market of facade materials, identified requirements for facade systems and their shortcomings. It is established that the high quality of facade coatings is provided by the raw materials used and the stability of their composition. The problems of the need to optimize the filling of plaster compositions, economically insufficient profitability of the production of natural filler and the complexity of the process are raised. The compositions of facade plaster compositions modified by technogenic mineral nanofillers, determining high quality indicators, which is confirmed by a number of patents of the Russian Federation, have been developed.
