Proper plant constitutes 386 m long reinforced concrete tunnel situated between lock and dike; tunnel rests on piles 13.30 m distant one from another; 24 horizontal penstocks, each 53 m long, with inlet cross-sections of 100 sq m on both seaside and storage basin side will be built into spaces between piles; review is made of construction work earlier described and that completed up to Dec 1965; plant is scheduled to begin its operation during first half of 1966.
