Modified lignin-based dispersing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a modified lignin-based dispersing agent and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly pre-treating paper-making black liquor by utilizing an alkaline oxidation manner to improve the activity of lignin in the black liquor and removing reducing substances in the paper-making black liquor; secondly performing hydroxylation modification to increase sulfonation sites and polymerization sites of the lignin in the black liquor, and performing phenolization modification to further improve the reactivity of the lignin in the black liquor and the temperature resistance of products; finally performing sulfonation and polymerization modification to improve the dispersing performance of modified lignin products, and effectively controlling the product molecular weight. The modified lignin-based dispersing agent is mainly applied to dispersing agents for the dyeing industry, viscosity reducers for drilling liquid, coal water slurry additives and ceramic additives.
