Comprising the following raw materials in parts by weight: 35-45 parts of a maleic anhydride-R-diethylenetriamine copolymer, 15-25 parts of sodium humate, 6-8 parts of a hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin solution, 5-10 parts of a bentonite synergistic reconditioning agent, 2-6 parts of a double-conditioning functional modifier, 6-12 parts of a titanate coupling agent solution and 45-55 parts of an ethanol solvent. According to the multifunctional dispersing agent, the maleic anhydride-R-diethylenetriamine copolymer is matched with the sodium humate and the hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin solution to serve as a main regulating agent, and the sodium humate is a multifunctional high-molecular compound, contains more active groups such as hydroxyl, quinonyl and carboxyl, has a high internal surface area and can be used for preparing the multifunctional dispersing agent. The application effect of the product serving as a dispersing agent is improved through cooperation in the main regulating agent.
