Polypropylene fiber autoclaved aerated concrete (autoclaved lightweight concrete, ALC) plate and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a polypropylene fiber autoclaved aerated concrete (autoclaved lightweight concrete, ALC) plate and a preparation method thereof. The method comprises the following steps: A, mixing oleic acid, triethanolamine and water for preparing soluble oil; B, mixing an aluminum source, a foaming agent and water for preparing aluminum powder suspension; C, mixing an alkali with water for preparing an alkali solution; D, in the presence of a magnetic field with the magnetic field strength of 0.002-0.003T, mixing cement, slag, sand, polypropylene fiber, phenolic resin, red brick particles, Fe3O4 and water, then adding the soluble oil and the aluminum powder suspension for mixing to prepare slurry; and E, weaving reinforcing steel bars coated with asphalt into reinforcing steel bar nets, casting the slurry among multi-layers of reinforcing steel bar nets, then aerating to for preparing the polypropylene fiber autoclaved aerated concrete (autoclaved lightweight concrete, ALC) plate; the aluminum source is aluminum powder or aluminum paste, the alkali is sodium carbonate and/or borax, and the foaming agent is one or more substance of nekal, peregal, saponin powder, paraffin soap and washing powder. The polypropylene fiber autoclaved aerated concrete (autoclaved lightweight concrete, ALC) plate has excellent mechanical strength, density and frost resistance.
