Synchronous construction method of basement with underground continuous wall and main body
The invention discloses a synchronous construction method of a basement with an underground continuous wall and a main body. The method is characterized in that a basement structure part is constructed from top to bottom and a main body structure part is simultaneously constructed from bottom to top; horizontal structures, such as beams and plates of each layer of the basement are constructed, and then vertical structures, such as posts and shearing walls of each layer are constructed alternately; before a vertical bearing structure is completely finished and a design strength is reached, permanent load and construction load which are finished are borne by temporarily set steel supporting posts and are transmitted to engineering piles. Foundation pit earthwork excavation comprises the following steps of performing basin type open excavation on a first layer of earthwork along the place beyond 10m-width of the underground continuous wall until the earthwork is below a first underground floor; after construction on the +/- 0.00 floor and the first underground floor is finished, performing underground excavation on the earthworks of second and third layers of underground floors, wherein underground excavation is performed by an excavator, horizontal earthwork transportation in foundation pits is finished by a small diesel dump car, earth is discharged from a preserved opening of each floor by a mechanical grab bucket and a small auxiliary grab bucket lifter, and earthwork vertical transportation is finished. A brick lining wall is arranged at the part, 30cm from the inner wall of the basement, on the inner side of the underground continuous wall.
