The invention discloses a roller-bed furnace which comprises a roller bed, a heating system and a control system, wherein the heating system is used for heating the roller bed; the control system is used for controlling the heating system to work; a heat-insulating layer wraps the roller bed; the heat-insulating layer comprises the following components in parts by weight: 3.2 parts of closed-cell expanded perlite, 2.1 parts of light magnesium carbonate, 4.3 parts of metakaolin, 1.1 parts of alumina silicate fibers, 0.9 part of talcum powder and 1.3 parts of bentonite. According to the roller-bed furnace provided by the invention, the high-strength, anti-aging, corrosion-resisting and excellent heat-insulating type heat-insulating layer wraps the roller bed, so that the heat-insulating property of the furnace flue is increased and the energy consumption of the roller-bed furnace is reduced.
