A disclosed method for improving doping amount of mining ore-dressing detrital mullock in P.C32.5 cement comprises: 81.1 parts of limestone, 14.8 parts of sandstone, 4.1 parts of iron powder, and 100 parts of a rough material, wherein the mining ore-dressing detrital mullock comprises sandstone, iron powder and the rough material; and mixing the ore-dressing detrital mullock with limestone with stirring in a mining section according to the ratio by utilizing a blender or a loading machine, and then sending to a grinding machine for preparing cement. The method for improving the doping amount of mining ore-dressing detrital mullock in P.C32.5 cement overcomes the disadvantages that in the prior art, cement is instable in quality, high in cost, bad in economic benefit and the like, and realizes the advantages of stable cement quality, low cost and good economic benefit.
