Vertical lifting rod of down-hung steel bridge and verticality control method thereof
The invention belongs to the field of construction of bridges, and specifically relates to a vertical lifting rod of a down-hung steel bridge and a verticality control method thereof. The vertical lifting rod of the steel bridge is characterized in that the upper end is connected with a concrete bridge surface and while the lower end is connected to a tie beam of the down-hung steel bridge. The vertical lifting rod comprises a lifting rod body; an upper lifting head steel casting is fixed to one end of the lifting rod body and fixedly connected with an upper lifting seat through a bolt; the upper lifting seat is fixed on the lower side surface of a concrete bridge; a lower lifting head steel casting is fixed to the other end of the lifting rod body and fixedly connected with a lower lifting seat through another bolt; the lower lifting seat is fixed on the tie beam of the down-hung steel bridge through a lug separating plate. According to the vertical lifting of the down-hung steel bridge, the perpendicularity can be ensured, namely, the vertical lifting rod can bear the vertical pull force only during running; the whole bridge is reasonable in design, the bridge quality is improved, and moreover, the service life of the bridge can be effectively prolonged.
