The invention belongs to the field of bridge construction, and particularly relates to a construction method guaranteeing flatness of a steel box arch foot flange plate. The construction method comprises the following steps that firstly, previous preparation is carried out before opposite splicing; secondly, plot sample paying off is carried out, and an oppositely-spliced jig frame is manufactured; thirdly, arch feet are arranged on the jig frame to be positioned in a segmented mode; fourthly, the flange plate is positioned and adjusted, and peripheral wall plates and the flange plate are welded; fifthly, the peripheral wall plates and the flange plate are welded; sixthly, assemble welding is carried out on dense stiffening groups; seventhly, lossless welding line detection is carried out; eighthly, jig removing is carried out on the arch feet in a segmented mode; ninthly, the planeness of the end face of the flange plate is repeatedly detected. When steel box arch foot components are manufactured, the steel box arch foot components do not deform, and the attaching degree between the flange plate and the bridge face is guaranteed.
