The invention discloses a composite thermal insulation wall. The composite thermal insulation wall comprises an outer decorative face layer, a thermal insulation layer, a base-layer wall body and an adhesive layer, wherein the adhesive layer is arranged on the outer side of the base-layer wall body, the thermal insulation layer is disposed on the other side of the adhesive layer, and the outer decorative face layer is arranged on the other side of the thermal insulation layer. The thermal insulation layer is formed by compositing of a thermal insulation material. The base-layer wall body is formed by building of shale perforated bricks and/or hollow bricks. The composite thermal insulation wall has the advantages of good thermal insulation effect and wide application range.
