The invention provides a composite thermal insulation wall. The composite thermal insulation wall sequentially comprises an outer bearing layer, a thermal insulation layer and an inner bearing layer from outside to inside; the periphery of the outer bearing layer and the periphery of the inner bearing layer are connected; a closed thermal insulation space is formed between the outer bearing layer and the inner bearing layer; the thermal insulation layer is arranged in the thermal insulation space and comprises a first metal net, a second metal net, a supporting column and a thermal insulation material; the first metal net is arranged between the outer bearing layer and the thermal insulation layer; the second metal net is arranged between the inner bearing layer and the thermal insulation layer; the two ends of the supporting column are connected with the first metal net and the second metal net respectively; and the space between the first metal net and the second metal net is filled with the thermal insulation material. By arranging the outer bearing layer, the thermal insulation layer and the inner bearing layer, the thermal insulation layer is located between the outer bearing layer and the inner bearing layer, the outer bearing layer and the inner bearing layer on the periphery of the thermal insulation layer are integrally formed, and the sandwich type composite thermal insulation wall is formed. The composite wall body has good anti-seismic performance and strong integrity of the main body structure, and is surrounded in the thermal insulation layer and the outer building wall, so that a heat bridge phenomenon does not exist.
