The invention provides a composite thermal insulation wall. The composite thermal insulation wall comprises a thermal insulation layer; a keel assembly is arranged in the heat preservation layer, and a steel net frame is arranged outside the heat preservation layer. The keel assembly comprises two main keels which are parallel to each other; the two main keels are located on the two sides of the heat preservation layer correspondingly and are in butt joint with the outside through broken bridge connecting pieces. The steel net rack is parallel to the heat preservation layer and is relatively and fixedly connected with the broken bridge connecting piece. According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the invention, the broken bridge connecting piece is mounted on the main keel, so that the main keel can be effectively butted with the outside; according to the use requirements, the steel net racks can be connected to the two sides of the heat preservation layer through the broken bridge connecting pieces to be matched with pouring or spraying to form the structural layer, the heat preservation layer can be directly installed on an existing wall through the broken bridge connecting pieces and the steel net racks, and therefore concrete is poured or sprayed to the other side of the heat preservation layer; meanwhile, the heat preservation layer can be installed on the steel purlins of the roof on the top layer through the broken bridge connecting pieces to form a roof structure layer of a steel structure, and therefore the roof structure is wider in application range and higher in practicability.
