Concrete cylinder annular formwork-attached scaffold and construction method thereof
The invention discloses a concrete cylinder annular formwork-attached scaffold and a construction method thereof. The formwork-attached scaffold integrally formed by formworks and a scaffold is installed on a concrete cylinder in the annular direction. The formwork-attached scaffold is composed of multiple sections of formworks, each section of formwork is divided into two parts, and the formworks are attached to a cylinder die in a circular ring shape or a multilateral ring shape. Two semicircular dies are connected into the whole section of formwork through a vertical bolt, wherein the upper section of formwork and the lower section of formwork are connected through a flange. According to the construction method of the concrete cylinder annular formwork-attached scaffold, the advantage that the cylinder die has the very high vertical bearing capability and rigidity after the two half dies are closed into the whole die is utilized, the cylinder die serves as a stress body, and the construction scaffold annularly attached to the cylinder die is designed. Compared with a conventional construction scaffold, multiple steps of complex and heavy work is saved, multiple times of circulation use is achieved, and obvious advantages are achieved in the aspects of safety, economy, portability and rapidness.
