The invention discloses a table type refrigerating and freezing cabinet comprising a main box. A low-temperature bin, a refrigerating system and a control system are arranged in the main box. The refrigerating system comprises an evaporator, a condenser and a compressor, wherein the evaporator, the condenser and the compressor are connected in series through a refrigerant pipe. The control system comprises a control circuit used for controlling the compressor to work. The low-temperature bin is covered with a heat preservation layer. The heat preservation layer comprises, by weight, 2.6 parts of perlite, 0.4 part of aluminum dihydrogen phosphate, 1.2 parts of stearic acid, 0.9 part of magnesium oxide, 1.3 parts of redispersible powder and 0.8 part of quartz stone. According to the table type refrigerating and freezing cabinet, the low-temperature bin is covered with the heat preservation layer resisting corrosion, isolating sound, resisting aging and having a good heat insulating property, the heat preservation performance of the low-temperature bin can be improved, and long-term energy consumption of the table type refrigerating and freezing cabinet is reduced.
