CONSTRUCTION METHOD OF FREEZING/REFRIGERATING WAREHOUSE
To reduce the harmful deformation of a superstructure due to cooling of the inside of the freezing/refrigeration warehouse.SOLUTION: A construction method of a freezing/refrigeration warehouse having a rigid-framed structure formed of a PC column and a PC beam, wherein: subsequent cooling portions 1a, 1b are provided among precedence cooling portions 1A, 1B, 1C in the longitudinal direction of a building; upon constructing the precedence cooling portions 1A, 1B, 1C, cantilever beams 2a, 2b having a collar 20 at the tip end thereof and a fixing portion 21 on the top face thereof are installed with a spacing S on the side of the subsequent cooling portions 1a, 1b from the column of the precedence cooling portion; and upon constructing the subsequent cooling portions 1a, 1b, under the room temperature, a connection beam 22 is mounted on the collar 20 in the spacing S between the cantilever beams 2a, 2b to tension and fix a pc steel; and the cantilever beams 2a, 2b and the connection beam 22 are joined through PC binding to structurally integrate the precedence cooling portions 1A, 1B, 1C with the subsequent cooling portion 1a, 1b so as to cool the subsequent cooling portions 1a, 1b, thereby preventing deleterious effect on the superstructure due to contraction deforming caused by cooling.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】冷凍・冷蔵倉庫内部の冷却による上部構造の有害な変形を小さくする。【解決手段】PC柱とPC梁とで形成されたラーメン構造の冷凍・冷蔵倉庫の構築方法であって、建物の長手方向において先行冷却部1A、1B、1Cの間に後冷却部1a、1bを設け、先行冷却部1A、1B、1Cの構築において、先行冷却部の柱から後冷却部1a、1b側に、先端に顎20と上面に定着部21を設けた片持梁2a、2bを間隔Sをあけて設置し、後冷却部1a、1bを構築する際に常温状態において片持梁2a、2bの間隔Sに連結梁22を顎20に載せてPC鋼材を緊張定着して片持梁2a、2bと連結梁22をPC圧着接合して先行冷却部1A、1B、1Cと後冷却部1a、1bを構造的に一体化して後冷却部1a、1bを冷却することによって冷却による収縮変形による上部構造への悪影響を防止する。【選択図】図6
