The invention relates to a warehouse type commodity refrigerating and freezing display cabinet which comprises two cabinet body frames, a bottom foaming plate, a back foaming plate, a top foaming plate, two side plates, a left sliding door, a right sliding door, a ceiling type air cooler and a slope plate, and the bottom foaming plate is connected with the bottoms of the two cabinet body frames; the back foaming plate is connected with the back surfaces of the two cabinet body frames; the top foaming plate is connected with the tops of the two cabinet body frames; the two side plates are respectively connected with the left and right outer sides of the two cabinet body frames; the tops of the left sliding door and the right sliding door are in sliding connection with the front end of the top foaming plate; the ceiling type air cooler is installed at the bottom of the top foaming plate, the slope plate is connected with the front side of the bottom foaming plate, the bottom foaming plate, the back foaming plate and the top foaming plate have the heat preservation effect, and the ceiling type air cooler is used for adjusting the refrigerating and freezing temperature in the display cabinet. The cage trolley with the commodities can be directly pushed into the display cabinet to be stored through the slope plate under the condition that the display cabinet is opened, and the commodities are very convenient to refrigerate and freeze.
