In order to provide a construction machine controller that is capable of a process having a large processing load in parallel to a process for which real-time characteristics are called for, and that can easily add the process having a large processing load, the present invention is provided with; a main board (10) that is operated by a construction machine embedded OS (12); and a PC board (20) that is connected to the main board (10) via a USB interface connector (C12, C21), and that is operated by a general-purpose PC-OS (22). Construction machine information obtained from a state acquisition unit in the construction machine is input to the main board (10).
