The invention relates to an energy-saving and thermal-insulating floor tile which comprises components as follows: 20 parts of albite, 10 parts of potassium feldspar, 40 parts of calcined talc, 12 parts of kaolin, 15 parts of zirconium silicate, 14 parts of silica sand, 4 parts of clay, 2 parts of calcium carbonate, 4 parts of aluminum oxide clay, 9 parts of calcium carbonate, 7 parts of magnesium oxide, 6 parts of magnesium chloride, 6 parts of quartz sand, 5 parts of river sand, 2 parts of hydroxyethyl cellulose and 1 part of volcanic rock fibers. According to the floor tile, thermal insulation and tile sticking are omitted, the comprehensive cost is reduced, the floor tile is thermal-insulating permanently, free of aging, low in water absorption and good in hydrophobic and anti-seepage property.
