The invention provides a BaFe12O19/CoFe2O4 permanent-magnet composite ceramic material and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing BaCu(B2O5) powder as a two-phase sintering aid from raw materials Ba(OH)2.8H2O, CuO and H3BO, mixing the BaCu(B2O5) powder with BaFe12O19 and CoFe2O4, granulating, then pressing, discharging a PVA adhesive, and conducting microwave sintering at 1,100-1,250 DEG C to obtain the BaFe12O19/CoFe2O4 permanent-magnet composite ceramic material. According to the method, through the addition of the two-phase sintering aid and the adoption of microwave sintering, the BaFe12O19/CoFe2O4 permanent-magnet composite ceramic material with excellent magnetic properties and dielectric properties can be prepared at a very low temperature.
