Graphite push plate and manufacturing method thereof
The invention provides a graphite push plate and a manufacturing method thereof. The graphite push plate is composed of the following components in percentage by weight: 62-75% of graphite, 12-20% of alundum powder, 8-15% of metal material and 4-8% of refractory clay. The manufacturing method of the graphite push plate comprises the following steps: (1) mixing the graphite, alundum powder, metal material and refractory clay according to the weight percent; (2) adding a plasticizer into the uniform mixture, and compacting; and (3) roasting in an 800-1000-DEG C kiln to obtain the graphite push plate. The manufacturing method is simple; and the manufactured graphite push plate has the advantages of favorable heat-conducting property, long service life and lower production cost.
