Cationic pitch warm mixing agent and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a cationic pitch warm mixing agent and a preparation method thereof. The cationic pitch warm mixing agent comprises the following materials in percentage by weight: 0.1-10wt% of macromolecule components, 0.1-20wt% of low molecule components, 1-15wt% of inorganic micro powder, and 55-98.8wt% of water. The preparation method comprises the following steps: firstly, adding the water into a container according to the proportion; adding the macromolecule components; conducting constant-temperature stirring for 0.5-2 hours; controlling the temperature to be 40-60 DEG C; then adding the low molecule components and the inorganic micro powder according to the proportion; raising the temperature to 60-80 DEG C; conducting stirring continuously for 0.5-1 hour to obtain the cationic pitch warm mixing agent. The cationic pitch warm mixing agent can efficiently reduce high-temperature viscosity of pitch, and has the advantages that the cationic pitch warm mixing agent is good in dispersity, stable in property, easy to collect raw materials, low in preparation cost, simple in preparation method and wide in application range.
