Warm-mixing reclaiming agent and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to a warm-mixing reclaiming agent. The warm-mixing reclaiming agent comprises raw materials in percentage by mass as follows: 0.5-5% of an ultra-strong emulsifier, 15-60% of vegetable pitch, 15-50% of dibutyl terephthalate, 10-40% of liquid petroleum resin, 1-5% of a penetrating agent, 0.2-1% of an antioxidant and 0.5-3% of a stabilizer. The invention further relates to a preparation method of the warm-mixing reclaiming agent. The warm-mixing reclaiming agent and the preparation method thereof have the significant characteristics that the synthesis technology is simple, reaction conditions are mild, the yield is higher, and industrialization is easy to realize; the warm-mixing reclaiming agent can effectively decrease the mixing temperature of a hot-reclaimed mixture, and all properties of the prepared reclaiming agent meet technical indexes specified by the Ministry of Communications.
