The invention discloses a dual-purpose railway double track; the dual-purpose railway double tracks comprises a group of broad gauge tracks, a group of auxiliary safe tracks and a group of standard tracks; the auxiliary safe tracks are arranged on the inner side of the broad gauge tracks; the distance between the safe track and the broad gauge track is less than the thickness of a standard gauge bogie strake; the broad gauge tracks and the auxiliary safe tracks are connected with the standard tracks by a section of arc-shaped transitional track; the transitional track comprises an arc-shaped broad gauge track and an arc-shaped auxiliary safe track; two ends of the arc-shaped broad gauge track are respectively connected with the broad gauge tracks and the standard tracks; the arc-shaped auxiliary safe track is connected with the auxiliary safe tracks; the initial end of the arc-shaped auxiliary safe track is arranged at the connection between the standard tracks and the arc-shaped broad gauge track. The dual-purpose railway double track can concurrently satisfy the bearing and running of standard gauge trains and broad gauge trains; the use is convenient, the universality is strong; the dual-purpose railway double track is safe and reliable; the manufacturing of temporary broad gauge tracks can be avoided when producing board gauge trains, thereby saving manpower, financial resources, and material resources, saving time, and increasing the work efficiency as well as shortening the construction period.
