The invention discloses a high-speed vibration-reduction, noise-reduction and environment-friendly track fixing system and a mounting method thereof. The system comprises a steel track, track welding type fastener systems and vibration-reduction type fastener systems; and the track welding type fastener system and the vibration-reduction type fastener system are used for fixing the steel track. The track welding type fastener systems and the vibration-reduction type fastener systems are mounted alternately, good elastic displacement and deformation space and track resilience are provided for the track by the vibration-reduction fastener systems, and vibration reduction and noise reduction of the system of the track are realized; a sufficient restrictive lateral force is provided for the track by the welding type fastener system, the steel track can move and recover in a range in which a track head can be changed, and a fixed track gauge is not changed; and the lateral force generated during running of the high-speed track can be well restrained and released, the problem of rain gnawing caused by high-frequency vibration and lateral displacement due to high-speed running of equipment is solved, automatic stacking machines on a port can run well and stably, and safety and reliability are guaranteed.
