Tower crane foundation and construction method thereof
The invention relates to a tower crane foundation and a construction method thereof. The tower crane foundation is connected to a bottom plate and frame beams of a basement, and comprises a foundationlayer, embedded parts and support columns, wherein the foundation layer is fixed to the bottom plate of the basement through steel ties and corresponds to the position of a tower crane to be installed; the embedded parts are embedded in the foundation layer, the bottom of the embedded parts are arranged on the bottom plate, and the top of the embedded parts protrude from the foundation layer to form mounting parts allowing transition sections of the tower crane to be connected to; and the support columns are vertically supported between the foundation layer and the corresponding frame beam, bottom ends of the support columns are fixedly connected with the foundation layer in a detachable manner, and top ends of the support columns are fixedly connected with the corresponding frame beam ina detachable manner. According to the invention, the foundation layer is connected with the bottom plate through embedded steel bars embedded in the bottom plate, which ensures the firmness and stability of the steel tie connection between the foundation layer and the bottom plate. Piling on the bottom plate is avoided, so that the bottom plate of the basement is not damaged. The tensile force transferred from the tower crane to the foundation layer is partly transferred to the bottom plate by the embedded steel bars and partly transferred to the frame beams by the support columns, therefore,the stability of the structure is guaranteed due to stable transfer force.
本发明涉及一种塔吊基础及其施工方法,连接于地下室的底板和框架梁,塔吊基础包括:拉结固定于地下室的底板上且对应于塔吊的待安装位置的基础层;预埋于基础层内的预埋件,预埋件的底部设于底板上,预埋件的顶部凸伸出基础层形成供塔吊过渡节连接的安装部;竖直支撑于基础层和对应的框架梁之间的支撑柱,支撑柱的底端以可拆卸的方式和基础层固接,支撑柱的顶端和对应的框架梁以可拆卸的方式固接。本发明基础层通过植入底板的植筋与底板连接,保证了基础层和底板的拉结连接的牢固性和稳定性。不需要在底板上打桩,即不破坏地下室底板。塔吊传递给基础层的拉力,部分由植筋传递给底板,部分由支撑柱传递给框架梁,传力稳定以保证结构稳定。
