Dry desulfurization ash slag cement and preparation method thereof
The invention relates to dry desulfurization ash slag cement and a preparation method thereof. The dry desulfurization ash slag cement comprises following components in percentage by weight: 38-80wt% of slag micro-powder, 3-9wt% of silicate clinker powder, 10-36wt% of dry desulfurization ash, 2-30wt% of steel slag and 3-6wt% of active agent. The raw materials are uniformly mixed in a blender and 45mu m screen residuals are controlled less than 5% to prepare slag cement with a strength grade higher than 42.5MPa. According to the invention, degrees of fineness of various minerals are optimized and controlled, and particular particle size distribution and formula are optimized so as to improve activity of the slag while largely use dry desulfurization ash to realize energy conservation and emission reduction.
