Hydration heat regulating agent and preparation method and application thereof
The invention provides a hydration regulating agent, which is prepared by polymerization-crosslinking reaction of dextrin and a cross-linking agent in presence of a redox initiator under microwave radiation, wherein the mass of the crosslinking agent is 1%-5% that of the dextrin; and the mass of the redox initiator is 1%-3% that of the dextrin. The invention further provides a preparation method and an application of the hydration regulating agent. The regulating agent is prepared by crosslinking modification of the dextrin, has a spatial reticular structure, and is high in acid and alkali resistance and anti-shear capability; the peak value of the exothermic rate of hydration can be effectively reduced; and the compressive strength of concrete is improved.
