The invention relates to a production method for a permanent-magnetism ferrite and the permanent-magnetism ferrite, and especially relates to a preparation method for a non-rare-earth high-remanent-magnetism permanent-magnetism ferrite. The disclosed preparation method for the non-rare-earth high-remanent-magnetism permanent-magnetism ferrite comprises: operation of wet grinding and material mixing, operation of first pre-sintering, operation of coarse crushing, operation of fine grinding, operation of wet-pressing magnetic field forming, operation of secondary sintering, and operation of polishing processing. According to the preparation, under the circumstance of not adding rare earth elements, through one-time molar ratio proportioning and addition of a first additive and a second additive, the permanent-magnetism ferrite, which has the high residual magnetic flux density Br of 420 mT or more, the Hcb of 265 KA/m or more and Hcj of 270 KA/m or more, is prepared.
