According to the method, an egg white aqueous solution is used as a metal ion coordination compound through the gel property of the egg white aqueous solution to prepare a nano ferrite, and the crystallinity of the ferrite is increased through the egg white aqueous solution so as to increase the magnetism and the magnetic persistence of the ferrite; the nano ferrite is an M-type strontium ferrite and has good corrosion resistance and a large magnetic energy product, and the permanent magnetic ferrite prepared by blending bisphenol A epoxy resin, polyaniline, carbon fibers and the nano ferrite has a good effect of absorbing electron waves, so that diffusion of electromagnetic waves is reduced in the use process of the permanent magnetic ferrite; and an oxidation catalyst is prepared to improve the preparation efficiency of the permanent magnetic ferrite, the oxidation catalyst can berecycled after the reaction is finished, the oxidation catalyst can be reused after being treated, so that the preparation cost of the permanent magnetic ferrite is greatly reduced.
本发明公开了一种磁性强的永磁铁氧体及其制备工艺，通过蛋清水溶液的凝胶性，把蛋清水溶液作为金属离子配合物，制得纳米铁氧体，通过蛋清水溶液增加铁氧体的结晶度进而增加了铁氧体的磁性和磁性持久度，且该纳米铁氧体为M型锶铁氧体，具有很好的耐腐蚀性和较大的磁能积，将双酚A型环氧树脂、聚苯胺、碳纤维、纳米铁氧体共混制得的永磁铁氧体，具有很好吸收电子波的效果，使得永磁铁氧体在使用过程中，降低了电磁波的扩散，并制备了一种氧化催化剂，加快永磁铁氧体的制备效率，且该氧化催化剂能够在反应结束后进行回收，处理后能够再次使用，大大降低了永磁铁氧体的制备成本。
