The invention relates to a non-negative pressure water supply plant which comprises a base, a flow stabilizing tank, a control box, a transfer tube, a confluence tube and at least two water pumps. The transfer tube is communicated with the flow stabilizing tank, the connecting port of each water pump is communicated with the transfer tube, the output port of each water pump is communicated with the confluence tube, the control box comprises a box body, a master switch, a power switch, a power supply, a controller, at least two frequency converters and at least two branch switches are arranged in the box body, the power switch and the controller are electrically connected with the power supply, each frequency converter is electrically connected with the controller, the branch switches are electrically connected the frequency converters in a one to one correspondence mode, and the frequency converters are electrically connected with the water pumps in a one to one correspondence mode. The plant can automatically detect water pressure in a water supply master tube of a high building, automatically control starting of the water pumps and the running speed of the water pumps, adjust the pressure of water, and lower losses of electric energy and using cost, and users on high floors can use running water with large water volume.
