The present invention discloses an early strength type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent, a preparation method and a use method thereof. The raw materials of the early strength type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent in the formula comprise, by weight, 100 parts of unsaturated polyether DD-406, 7-11 parts of acrylic acid, 1-5 parts of sodium allylsulfonate, 1.5-3.5 parts of bi-acrylamide-methylpropane sulfonic acid, 0-2 parts of acrylamide, 0.25-0.45 part of ammonium persulfate, 0.05-0.25 part of potassium persulfate, 0.1-0.3 part of thioglycolic acid, 0.2-0.4 part of mercaptopropionic acid, 2-4 parts of sodium hydroxide, and 80-180 parts of water. According to the present invention, the preparation method adopts the one-step polymerization process, has characteristics of convenient operation and low raw material cost, and is suitable for large-scale industrial production; and the early strength type polycarboxylic acid water reducing agent has characteristics of high water reduction rate, good slump keeping and high early strength, and is suitable for ordinary precast member concrete, high-strength tubular pile concrete and other projects with high early strength requirements.
