The invention discloses an early-strength polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent, which is prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight: 330 to 350 parts of monomers, 400 to 600 parts of deionized water, 111.4 to 123.8 parts of a material A, 65 to 95 parts of a material B, 5 to 10 parts of an initiator and 3 to 5 parts of a neutralizer, the material A is prepared from 1 to 3 parts of thiohydracrylic acid, 0.4 to 0.8 part of VC (Vitamin C) and 110 to 120 parts of deionized water; the material B is prepared from 25 to 35 parts of acrylic acid and 40 to 60 parts of deionized water. The invention discloses a preparation process of the water-based paint. The invention belongs to the technical field of water reducing agents, and particularly provides an early-strength polycarboxylic acid high-performance water reducing agent and a preparation process thereof, the water reducing agent has the characteristics of high-pressure steam curing, low mixing amount, high water reducing rate, early strength and improvement of concrete toughness, and meets the production requirements of PHC pipe piles.
