The invention relates to an aluminum oxide-silicon nitride ceramic lining and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the field of ceramic materials. The aluminum oxide-silicon nitride ceramic lining is prepared from main raw materials of A: alpha-Al2O3 powder with the purity of 95% and B: SiC powder. The preparation method comprises the following steps: blending the raw materials A and B in a formulated ratio, putting the blended materials into a ball mill for ball milling, further performing spraying drying pelleting on the uniformly mixed slurry, screening, and implementing a dry-pressing forming method. The sintering process is performed in a high-temperature atmosphere oven, N2 is adopted for protection, and the sintering temperature is 1450 DEG C. The wearing resistance of the low-cost aluminum oxide-silicon nitride ceramic lining can be improved.
