The combustor prefabricated part is formed by using a self-flowing casting method, and is subjected to thermal treatment at high temperature after being maintained and dried. Compared with a conventional casting material, the product has the characteristics of self-flowing construction, self-foam removing, stripping resistance, high wearing resistance, long service life and the like, and can be widely applied to combustor parts of rotary kilns of various cement industries.
