The invention relates to a porous FRP or composite bamboo tube biomass hollow raw bamboo cylinder and a preparation method thereof. The porous FRP or composite bamboo tube biomass hollow raw bamboo cylinder is structurally characterized in that a hollow bamboo group inside the section comprises at least three hollow raw bamboo tubes which are bundled up through a rope material, and the diameters of the bamboo tubes are equal; the hollow bamboo group is coincident with the circle center of the porous FRP or composite bamboo tube; raw bamboo slices are distributed at positions, close to the porous FRP or composite bamboo tube, on the opposite concave side of the intersection of the adjacent raw bamboo tubes at the periphery of the bamboo tube group, and a gap between the hollow bamboo tube group and the porous FRP or composite bamboo tubes is filled with a biomass filler or a mixture of the biomass filler and crushed plastic. The porous FRP or composite bamboo tube biomass hollow raw bamboo cylinder has the advantages that agricultural and forestry biomass or daily domestic plastic waste resources are applied into civil engineering structure members by fully utilizing the characteristics of multiple materials. The building member has the advantages of being light in self weight, large in rigidity, good in ductility, strong in self-restorability, good in economic performance, excellent in antiseptic performance and the like, and can be applied to compressive or bending members in the field of civil engineering structures.
