The invention discloses a porous composite bamboo or FRP biomass circular component and a preparation method thereof. According to the structure, a bamboo tube bamboo chip group (3) inside a cross section is formed by no less than three hollow raw bamboo tubes and no less than three raw arc-shaped bamboo chips which are bundled together by using a rope-form material or a vine-form material (4), the diameters of all bamboo tubes are identical, the sizes of all raw arc-shaped bamboo chips are identical, the centroid of the bamboo tube bamboo chip group (3) is overlapped with the circle center of a composite bamboo cylinder or FRP cylinder (1), and gaps between the composite bamboo cylinder or FRP cylinder (1) and the bamboo tube bamboo chip group (3) are filled with a biomass filling material (2) or a mixed material prepared from the biomass filling material (2), a crushed plastic material (5) and the like. The porous composite bamboo or FRP biomass circular component has the advantages that the characteristics of multiple types of materials are sufficiently utilized, and agriculture and forestry biomass resources or plastic wastes in daily life can be applied to civil construction structural components. The porous composite bamboo or FRP biomass circular component has the advantages of light self-weight, large rigidity, good ductility, high self-recovery property, good economic property, excellent anti-seismic property and the like.
