Road roller power gear-shifting control system
The invention belongs to the field of variable speed control of engineering machinery and provides a road roller power gear-shifting control system. The road roller power gear-shifting control system comprises an operating handle (1) and a control box (2), wherein the operating handle (1) is provided with two sensing switches serving as gear sensors, and the two sensing switches respectively correspond to an advancing gear and a retreating gear of the operating handle. The two sensing switches share one magnetic column arranged on a handle rod of the operating handle (1) in a sleeving mode. A button switch is arranged on the operating handle (1). The control box (2) comprises a microprocessor, an intelligent power module and a nixie tube module. The microprocessor acquires a level signal sent by a non-contact Hall switch, and a control signal is output to the intelligent power module after the level signal is subjected to analysis operation. The intelligent power module outputs high level to drive a magnetic valve of a power speed changer to act. The road roller power gear-shifting control system achieves multiple-gear control and meanwhile has intelligent display and intelligent output functions.
