The high-efficiency and environment-friendly compound water reducer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 100-120 parts of a polycarboxylate-type water reducer, 8-15 parts of a corrosion inhibitor, 1-5 parts of a defoaming agent, 5-16 parts of an antifreezing agent, 22-35 parts of an initiator and 300-350 parts of water. The high-efficiency and environmental-friendly compound water reducer is prepared by the following steps: adding the polycarboxylate-type water reducer and water into a reaction kettle during preparation, heating to 55 DEG C, and stirring for 30-45 minutes; heating to 90 DEG C, adding the defoaming agent and the initiator, and stirring for 2-3 hours; cooling to 45 DEG C, adding the corrosion inhibitor and the antifreezing agent, and stirring for 0.6-0.8 hour. Concrete prepared from the high-efficiency and environmental-friendly compound water reducer has the beneficial effects that the water-reducing rate is relatively high and exceeds 28%, and the gas content is relatively low; the concrete is applicable to seasons with relatively high or low temperature.
